At Olly Posture, we believe your health data belongs to you. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
Because we value your privacy, we minimize the data we collect:
Device Identifiers
We may collect your IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) or Android Advertising ID to deliver personalized ads and manage subscriptions. On iOS 14+, you will be prompted to allow or deny ad tracking.
Transaction Data
We use RevenueCat to process subscriptions. We receive information about your purchase history (e.g., date of purchase, subscription status), but we do not see or store your payment information. That is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
On-Device Data
Any information regarding your routines, progress, streaks, or completed sessions is stored in a local SQLite database on your device. We do not have access to this data, and it is never transmitted to our servers.
2. Advertising
We display ads through Google AdMob. When you view ads, Google may collect:
- Device identifiers (IDFA/Advertising ID)
- IP address
- Ad interaction data (views, clicks)
This data is used to show relevant ads and measure ad performance. On iOS, you can control personalized advertising through the App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can also limit ad tracking in your device settings. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the limited data we collect to:
- Maintain and provide the Olly Posture app
- Display advertisements to support the free version of the app
- Manage your premium subscriptions via RevenueCat
4. Data Sharing
We share data with the following third-party service providers:

5. Data Storage and Processing
Local Processing
All exercise tracking, streak calculations, and session history are processed and stored locally on your device.
No Account Required
We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name or email address.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Ad Tracking
On iOS, you can deny tracking when prompted. On both platforms, you can limit ad tracking in your device settings.
Data Deletion
Since your exercise data is stored locally, deleting the Olly Posture app will delete the database associated with it.
Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the app, you can restore your subscription status through the app settings.
7. Children's Privacy
Olly Posture is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date."
